Additional Information:	Leo Zyhski was the builder. Good example of an early form of double flat with an unusual cantileevered corner bay. Possesses integrity of form with many extant decorative elements. Corner bay added in 1918 for use as a sleeping porch. Previously surveyed in 1986 with map code 261/22. Map name was LUQS 320.
