NOTES
Additional Information:This two story Queen Anne style duplex was built in 1905. The building has a front gabled roof with a gabled side dormer. The building retains its original bargeboards and eaves. The building also retains its original form, with integral porches and cutaway corners. Both the one-story corner porch as well as the main two-story porch are in poor condition but appear to retain an excellent degree of integrity, with nearly all of their original posts, porch beams, and low railings. The duplex is clad in asbestos siding. It has lost much of its original window trim, but most of the windows appear to be original beneath the replacement storm windows.
