Additional Information: | This 2 1/2 story Craftsman style duplex was built in 1915. The building is clad in brick with cast stone sills and lintels, and has stucco accents and gables. The building has a front gabled front porch with battered wood piers on brick pedestals. A two-story rectangular bay with groups of tripartite double hung windows is located to the right of the porch. The upper floor gable has a group of smaller double hung windows, and the entire facade is capped with a jerkinhead gable. The building appears to retain its original wood porch beams, bargeboards, eaves, and triangular knee braces. |
