Additional Information: | This 2 1/2 story Craftstman style duplex was built in 1916. The lower stories are clad in red brick with wide siding on projecting bay elements. The gables are clad in stucco. The building has a front porch with battered wood piers on brick pedestals, a low wood balustrade, a painted wood entablature, and a low wood balustrade on the upper flat deck. Windows throughout the house include a variety of double hung and piano windows. The original knee braces, bargeboards, and eaves appear to be present but are covered with aluminum cladding. |
