NOTES
Additional Information:2016 - two story block features stepped parapet and brick accents on south facade, retains metal sash in upper story. Lower story openings downsized and infilled, as are side windows; replacement doors. 2021: This two story Twentieth Century Commercial building was built in 1918. It is clad in red brick with cast stone sills and coping. The front façade is five bays wide. Three of the bays contain openings which are covered with insulated metal cladding panels. Another bay contains a large rolltop door. The easternmost bay contains a modern entry door with a transom window above. The second story appears to retain its original multi-light steel windows. The original address of this building was 1504 W. National Ave. The building is currently located on the same legal parcel as two other buildings which all share the address of 1500 W. National Ave.
