Additional Information:Resurveyed in 2021 by UWM-CRM. This two story mixed use building was built in 1929. The building is clad in tapestry brick and has cast stone sills and stone accents. The storefront is a modern reconstruction, and the original recessed entry has been clad in wide board siding. The second story contains tripartite three-over-one double hung windows. A blind arched window, with stone voussoirs, is centered above the first story entry. The building is capped with a decoratively shaped parapet with cast stone coping.
