Additional Information: | This two story High Victorian Italianate commercial building was built in 1885. The storefront retains its division of bays and several of the decoratively incised corbels, but the windows have been covered with painted wood panels or vinyl siding infill. The first story is capped by a painted wood cornice. The second story is clad in vinyl siding. The second story windows retain their original pedimented crowns with incised and scroll cut hood molds. The front facade is capped by twin gables with decorative frieze boards and eave moldings. The center portion of each gable is supported on brackets and extends past ridge line to create a gabled false front parapet. |
