Additional Information: | 2004 -appearance unchanged since 1998 survey. 2023 - This Minimal Traditional house was constructed in 1949. This one-and a half-story house is asymmetrical in plan with an asphalt-shingled, side-gabled roof and a front-gabled projecting bay at the northeast corner. The house is clad in vinyl siding. The main entrance is located in roughly the center of the north-facing primary façade and features a wide surround with a Neoclassical cornice above. The projecting bay to the left of the doorway is clad in a random coursed limestone veneer, with shingling in the gabled end and drop finials beneath the slightly overhanging eaves. A large box window beneath the eaves contains a central multi-paned sash and two multi-paned sidelights, with wooden storm windows present. The remainder of windows throughout the house appear to be multi-paned double-hung replacements. |
