Additional Information: | Resurveyed in 2021 by UWM-CRM. This two story High Victorian Italianate commercial building was built in 1886. The storefront and transoms have been covered with T-111 cladding with small aluminum windows and solid panel entry doors. The upper story retains its three window openings, but the openings have been filled with louvered and solid panels. The upper story retains modest period ornament, including painted terra cotta scrolls above the windows, a corbelled cornice, and a projecting center block with modestly shaped parapet and a banner-shaped terra cotta date stone reading 1886. |
