| Additional Information: | This 3-story Georgian Revival apartment building was construced in 1906. It is triangular in plan with brick walls and a flat roof. The front elevation faces east and is asymmetrical in plan with a slightly projecting center bay. Double-hung windows are evenly spaced throughout. The main entrance is located in the center bay and is framed by a decorative stone arch surround with the words "The Hamilton" at the top. Above this is a 4-pane transom window. Brick quoins are located at each corner of the building and projecting belt courses are located above and below the third story windows. Resurveyed July 2012; no visible changes. |
