Additional Information: | 2024: The property consists of a corner-story-and-flat building (101175) and a small single-family residence (101176). The one-story single-family residence, constructed in 1906, stands west of the tavern building on the same lot. It is T-shaped in plan with a cross-gabled roof consisting of the original front-gabled volume that has been expanded along the east elevation and a rear side-gabled addition. Based on Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps, the rear volume is an alteration to the original footprint. The raised foundation is rock-faced concrete block. The exterior is clad in a combination of textured plywood panel (T1-11), asbestos siding, and wood drop siding. The entrance is in the west portion of rear side-gabled volume recessed behind the front-gabled volume. The entrance is accessed via reconstructed concrete poured concrete stoop and sidewalk. The visible windows are a replacement one-over-one window and a one-by-one sliding sash window. |
