NOTES
Additional Information:2024: The one-story residence was constructed circa 1890. It is a small rectangular plan front-gabled single-family residence that is indicative of late nineteenth century housing commonly found near industrial areas in Milwaukee. The house facing south toward E. Maple Street. The raised foundation is brick and features segmental arch window openings. The original cladding has been covered or replaced with asphalt shingle cladding. The primary entrance has been removed from the principal elevation and replaced with a single window which is flanked ribbon of three windows. The entrances are offset to the rear (north) end of the east and west elevations accessed by uncovered stoops constructed of dimensional lumber. The windows throughout are replacement one-over-one windows.
