Additional Information:2024: One-story Utilitarian building constructed in 1893. It has a rectangular footprint, stone foundation, brick exterior, and truncated hip roof. The roof is sheathed in asphalt shingles and has exposed rafter ends. The front half of the building has a cream brick exterior and the rear half is clad in a painted, white brick exterior. The main entrance is composed of a replacement door flanked by sidelights. East of the door are three wood sash windows with four panes each. There are two matching windows on the west elevation and a secondary entrance and boarded opening on the east. Doors and windows on the front half of the building have stone sills and lintels. At the center of the façade, near the roof line is a stone plaque reading, “DELAVAN WATER WORKS 1893.” Additional fenestration includes narrow, glass-blocked openings with stone sills on the rear half of the building.
