Miss FitzGibbon, a native of Westport, lives in New York City. At center is F.H. Elwell, emeritus dean of the University of Wisconsin School of Commerce. At right is her brother, Gerald FitzGibbon, Wausau. Phi Chi Theta is a professional commerce fraternity for women. |
