Truck Towing Motorcycle Daredevil Themed Parade Float

Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. The Macy's storefront can be seen in the background. A white and brown International Harvester Scout 4x4 is pulling a float with a motorcycle daredevil (probably Evel Knievel) theme. The float has a white motorcycle constructed to look like it has just jumped off a ramp, with adults and children on the side in jumpsuits of either red, white, or blue. The jumpsuits have a "V" shape down the chest and wide belts with stars. A person driving a motorcycle is facing towards the Scout and float. In the background a float towing a balloon depicting cartoon character Bullwinkle J. Moose can be seen. Spectators, uniformed police officers, and camera crews can all be seen around the float. |
