Madison Civil Air Defense Ground Observer Corps Award
Forrest J. Carleen, Minneapolis (right), district representative of the Channel Master Corporation, is presented a plaque for being "the outstanding post in the eastern air defense post" of the Madison Civil Air Patrol by four representatives. Left to right are, Mrs. Maurice B. (Miriam) Wigderson, 7 Frederick Circle; Constance Stolen, 1504 Edgehill Drive; Angus McVicar, 724 Conklin Place; and Stephen Bartholomew, 836 Oak Street. They represented the women, girls, men and boys in the GOC, respectively. |
