Cooking on Mirro Cookset while Camping
Donald Soehnlein took this photograph while on vacation in the Bitterroot Mountains, near Lola, Montana. It depicts his wife Nina and son James cleaning up the breakfast dishes on a picnic table in front of the family tent and car, a 1966 Plymouth Belvedere II. The camping cook set depicted was made by the Mirro Aluminum Company and is in the Wisconsin Historical Society Museum collection. The Soehnleins took family camping vacations out West as well as around Wisconsin. |
