They include, from left: Mrs. Robert Martin (Racine), Mrs. Norman Champion (Oregon), Mrs.Charles McGivern (Two Rivers), and Mrs. Vel (Dale) Rodgers Phillips, (Milwaukee). The fifth award winner (not pictured) was Mrs. Donald Jacobson (Hixton), a severely handicapped mother of 6 who was home with sick children that day. |
