| A photograph of an "Age and School Certificate" for "Peter Stacloroski(?)." The certificate is filled in by hand and gives the boy's address as "399 N. 25 A Pl," school "St. Adalbert's," age "15 years & 6 month," and date of issue "February 2nd/06." Below is a statement to employers: "TO EMPLOYERS: This certificate is to be kept on file and accessible to the State Factory Inspector and his deputies.The certificate is to be surrendered to the child to whom it was issued, when said child leaves your employ. If not claimed within 30 days after a child leaves your employ, it is to be returned to the Parochial School Board, Secretary Building, Chicago." |
