Theta Sigma Phi National Convention

A "lemonade party" was held for the early arrivals to the Theta Sigma Phi National Convention in the garden at the home of University of Wisconsin President Edwin B. Fred and Mrs. (Rosa) Fred, 10 Babcock Drive. Mrs. Fred points out some of the garden flowers to Mrs. Hughes Frances McCoy (left), 2106 West Lawn Avenue, president of the Madison alumnae chapter of theta Sigma Phi and toastmistress for the Matrix banquet, and Mrs. Kenneth H. (Dorothy) Lindquist, 4345 Crawford Drive, chairman of the garden party. |
