Jesus Salas, right, is the leader of Obreros Unidos (United Workers), a Chicano migrant workers' rights group started in the 1960s for the improvement of working conditions in Wisconsin's agricultural and manufacturing industries. To the immediate left of Salas is a farm worker with his arm raised giving an oath to be sworn in to file claims for workmen's compensation. Salas is interpreting for volunteer lawyers Allen Samson (far left) and E. Michael Mc Cann (back to camera sitting at desk). The man to the right of Allen Samson is unidentified.
