(Photograph No. MNK-1517) -- International model ACOF-190 (8 x 6) Sightliner truck with mixer body is one of 14 units to be displayed by International Harvester Company at the 1961 Chicago Automobile Show, February 18-26. This heavy-duty four-axle truck features three driving axles and 18 x 19.5 single tires in place of conventional dual wheels and tires. The front and two rear axles are drive axles. Sightliner design is highlighted by a 48-inch bumper-to-back-of-cab dimension and a sweep-around windshield with two lower tinted glass front windows. Mixer has a seven cubic-yard capacity." |
