This battlefield map of the Battle of Totopotomoy Creek, also known as the Battle of Bethesda Church, shows the railroads, roads, vegetation and topography of the area and illustrates the Union and Confederate positions during the battle, which occurred May 28 through June 2, 1864. Wisconsin troops participating in the Battle of Totopotomoy Creek included the 2nd Wisconsin Infantry, 3rd Wisconsin Infantry, 6th Wisconsin Infantry, 7th Wisconsin Infantry, and the 1st United States Sharpshooters. |
