ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The attached typewritten letter reads: "Gentlemen, We are enclosing herewith a photograph of a Model C-1 Truck, which we thought you might wish to use in some of the Company's publications. This Model C-1, 113" Wheelbase is owned by Mr. Donald Ker, a professional Big Game Hunter of Nairobi. The Chassis is equipped with a specially constructed body, incorporating many ideas conceived by Mr. Ker from his past experience conducting Big Game Safaris. Mr. Ker has had long experience in his profession, during the course of which he has used several makes of motor car chassis, but states that the Model C-1, equipped with 19" diameter wheels (affording additional axle clearance) is by far the best vehicle for this type of work. During a recent safari he travelled with his clients over several thousands of miles of veldt and bush country, where roads do not even pretend to exist and as Mr. Ker enthusiastically states 'every mile was a trouble-free mile.' The enclosed picture shows the Model C-1 taken with one of the lions shot by Mr. Ker's party. We are enclosing in addition to the picture, the original negative, thinking that possibly it might be simpler for you to make a block direct from the negative. After this negative has served its purpose, would you please return it to us. Yours truly, International Harvester Export Company by E.F. Dixon."
