| Three members of the Chicago Royalites Club at a cocktail and supper party in the Gold Room of the Playdium put on by the Madison Royalettes, an African American social and philanthropic club. They include, from left: Mrs. Billie Maxwell, Miss Lillian Kiethling and Mrs. Marva Lewis Spaulding. Mrs. Spaulding, the former Marva Trotter, is the ex-wife of Joe Louis, former world's heavyweight boxing champion. |
