The original typewritten caption reads: "Photos I-3028-BB to I-3030-BB, inclusive. F.J. Jacks of Tunica, Mississippi, is known all over northern Mississippi as a logger and important retail lumberman. He makes use of seven International power units, four International motor trucks, two T-20 TracTracTors, and small McCormick-Deering engine. Photographs I-3029-BB and I-3030-BB show one of Mr. Jacks' older Internationals, a 2 to 3-ton C-40 motor truck, with an International Model 200 power unit mounted on it and shown operating winch that was used to load logs on another International motor truck a DS-30. The C-40 truck and power unit make a very convenient portable loading outfit. (More in mimeographed article 'Mississippi Lumberman Big User International Power.')" |
