A. Gettelman Brewing Co. Memohead
Memohead of the A. Gettelman Brewing Company of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with the Gettelman name in a banner, the rest of the company name in a scroll-edged plaque, and a circular image of a hand holding a glass of beer with a foaming head, surrounded by the words, "Pure Malt & Hops" and "Menomonee Brewery" underneath. There are sprays of wheat or barley, and leaves and cones of the hop plant on either side of the circle. The legend "Manufacturers of the Celebrated Natural Process Bottle Beer and Hospital Tonic" embellishes the logo. Printed by the Milwaukee Lithographing and Engraving Company. |
