Firemen's Park
"Firemen's Park. The original ball field was developed by George Wolf and later sold to Theresa Fire Department. They, in turn, purchased land to the north and, in the 1920's, planted these trees. Joseph Gottwald was instrumental in caring for the trees. The bandstand was constructed from lumber salvaged from the dance hall in Lamers' woods." |
