International Harvester's First General Office Building
| International Harvester's first headquarters building at 7 Monroe Street on the northwest corner of Michigan Avenue. IHC later sold the building and property to the University Club in 1907. The building was the headquarters of the McCormick Harvesting Machine Company from 1899 to 1902. |
