Saron Lutheran Church was established by Swedish immigrants in the late 1800s, with its first service held on December 14, 1885. A larger church was constructed in 1892, but destroyed by a first in 1945. The current church began construction in 1950 and was opened in 1951. Remodeling work was completed in 2003. |
