The Return From the Alps
| Color postcard of a Swiss farmer returning home with his animals. Many of the animals, and five of the shepherds, are labeled with a name. The path loops back and forth across the face of the card. There is a mountain barn at the beginning of the path, and a home with barn attached is at the end, with the shepherd's family posed in front, wearing traditional Swiss clothing. Caption at bottom reads: "Heimkehr von der Alp — Depart des Alpes — The Return from the Alpes." |
