Roscoe Malone in the Old Spring House

Roscoe Malone kneels at the spring in the basement at his house, The Old Spring House at 5042 Lake Mendota Drive. In the middle of the basement floor is a circular, spring-fed well with a conical glassed cover. The well is fed from one of the five springs which comprise Merrill Springs. The spring connects with Lake Mendota and occasionally Mr. Malone will see trout in his basement well. |
