The original typewritten caption reads, "International Model S speed sedan owned by the Hotel Syracuse, Syracuse, New York. It has been in service since August 20, 1924 and up to March 22, 1925, had driven 3,783 miles. It is utilized to haul passengers and baggage over pavements, some of which are very rough. The body of the sedan is dark brown with gold-leaf lettering. The owners of this International are well satisfied with International service. No expense has been incurred thus far for repairs. The truck is inspected and serviced by the Kesel Motor Truck Sales Company of Syracuse. It is used daily, including Sundays, for conveying baggage and passengers to and from railway stations to the hotel. It meets twenty trains a day, and carries fourteen passengers or nine passengers and baggage." |
