Wolff Kubly and Hirsig Building Under Construction
Two unidentified "sidewalk superintendents" observe the excavation for the new Wolff, Kubly and Hirsig Company building being constructed on the North Carroll-East Mifflin corner of the Capitol Square by J.H. Findorff and Son, general contractors for the job. The company installed a 2 1/2- foot screen around the site to allow passers-by to "supervise the work conveniently. |
