John Berge (left), executive secretary of the Wisconsin Alumni Association, presents the gold headed cane to Ralph E. Blount of Wilmette, Illinois, who had the distinction of being the oldest alumnus present at the annual luncheon of the Half Century Club, whose members have been away from classes for fifty years or more. Also pictured are two other members of the Class of 1887, Professor Edward W. Schmidt of Madison and Ambrose P. Winston of Austin, Texas.
DESCRIPTION
