Per an email from Ellen Puerzer (12/19/08): The structure was built by E.T. Mix. It stood beside the Ludington Building that was removed for the Pabst building on the corner of Wisconsin and Water. The building was later used by Espenheims (before they moved to 4th and Grand) and eventually became Waldheims. It disappeared around 1927--later photos of the Pabst building show a one story building beside it. |
