Women Protestors in a Judge's Office
Six irate women drivers sit in the office of superior court judge Roy H. Proctor's office to protest his dismissal of a traffic charge against a male driver who disbelieved a woman's turn signal. The women are, left to right: Mrs. E.B.A. Sokoloski, whose turn signal was ignored; Mrs. Benson H. Paul, president of the Madison Woman's Club; Mrs. Dorothy Wagner and Mrs. Hattie Kinzie, committee chairmen of the Business and Professional Women's Club; Mrs. Betty Cass Willoughby; and Mrs. Esther Hemingway, president of the business women's group. |
