Joe Osterle, 2411 Monroe Street, is pictured with his collection of handmade Japanese dolls. Mr. Osterle, a Korean War veteran, collected the dolls and other Japanese and Korean handicrafts during his tour of duty in Korea, and a stopover in Japan on his way back to the United States. |
