Girl Scout Week Activities
On Girl Scout Sunday, Dane County scouts and their leaders begin the seven service days of Girl Scout week, celebrated nationally to honor Julliette Low, founder of the organization in 1912. Members of Girl Scouts Troop 21 at East high school and their leader work on their project weaving yarn squares for patients at the Veterans' Administration hospital.
