Original title: "Syd Chaplin and 'Prince,' a war hero, cited three times for bravery on the fields of Flanders, captured from the Prussian Guards by Captain Aubrey Chaplin, Syd's cousin, and brought to Los Angeles by an American soldier. The dumb hero succumbed recently after being run down by an automobile outside the Chaplin estate." |
