Original caption reads: "Using a cutting torch to reduce scrap iron into readily marketable pieces in the farm scrap collection drive in Barton County, Kansas, that netted 550 tons in one week. Watching this work, as a freight car is being loaded with scrap, are (left to right) M.H.
