Brodhead Cheese Factory
Exterior of the Brodhead Cheese Factory purchased in 1904/5 by Casper Jaggi. The two images show changes made to building after the Casper Jaggi building. The business shipped cheese in barrels, which were at first stored in the open, via railroad to Charlie Zucher of Chicago. Englebritzen mural, extended can track, ramp/boiler room, and whey tanks were added later. |
