Packer Parade
Members of United Packinghouse Workers of America Local 248 paraded on Wisconsin Avenue to draw attention to the fact that employees of the Packer Packing Company had been locked out for month. Behind them them is the Gimbels Department store, once the flagship store of the largest department store chain in the country. |
