Helicopter Distributing Paper

A helicopter drops papers onto the audience at the Sound Storm music festival. It was widely rumored that Ken Kesey was at the festival and that he dropped tabs of acid on the audience, but in reality the helicopter dropped fliers made by festival staff identifying narcotics officers or undercover police who had infiltrated the event. |
