The original caption reads: "U-7 Power Unit operates drum to pull cars up 500 ft. slope out of mine, 2 or 3 cars at a time averaging 2 tons each. Capacity 275 to 300 tons per day of 7 hours. The slope has a 7% grade outside and 5% inside. Power unit uses one gallon of fuel per hour." |
