Mrs. Robert S. Lincoln Receives a Life Saving Award
Mrs. Robert S. Lincoln, 3118 Buena Vista Street, receives an award from police officer Lester Shore for her "heroine efforts" in saving 3-year-old Kurt Wise, 1562 Jenifer Street, from drowning in the Yahara River. Mrs. Lincoln was an expectant mother on April 25 when she plunged into the Yahara River where it enters Lake Monona and saved Kurt. |
