Interior view of the Neenah Public Library. The library opened in 1904 and was funded with a combined donation of $20,000 from the citizens of Neenah and Andrew Carnegie. Ink note on photograph reads: "Children's room." In the foreground is a chandelier, and two large benches on each side of two wood ionic columns. The room behind has bookshelves, a coat rack, and children's reading tables. On the back wall are windows with the shades drawn. |
