Elevated interior view of the Green Bay Public Library. The library was built in 1903 at a cost of $12,000 by H.A. Foeller, Architects. Notes on photograph read: "Interior, Public Library, Green Bay Wis. - No. 49" and "Copr. 1910, H.E. Bethe." Note on reverse of mounting reads: "Corner of Reference Room." There are reading tables with lamps, bookshelves, a card catalog, a newspaper rack, busts on pedestals, and a statue of Winged Victory. |
