Abraham Lincoln Recognition
Rev. O.B. Ransopher of Wisconsin Rapids, president of the Lincoln Fellowship of Wisconsin, placed a wreath at the foot of the Abraham Lincoln statue in front of Bascom Hall on the University of Wisconsin campus to symbolize the "respect of admirers of Lincoln." Left to right are: Robert Speaker, University student from Kenosha; Charles Norwald, president of Alpha Phi Omega, scouting fraternity; Ransopher; and John Brissee, Madison, member of the fraternity and official bugler at the ceremony. |
