Three men of the United States Coast Guard ride in the back of an International truck. The photograph was probably taken in front of Camp Chelsea. The original caption reads: "In the accompanying illustrations is shown a fleet of International K-5 & K-6 cargo trucks in convoy formation used to transport United States Coast Guard seamen with their gear to Camp Smith. In another illustration, a close-up of one of these cargo trucks is shown in front of Camp Chelsea in the heart of New York City, where men of the New York Port Security force are quartered."
DESCRIPTION
